We have a limited amount of media spots available
at WCF! Unfortunately we cannot grant access to
everyone that requests access as we just don't have
enough room for everyone. Also, we are only
accepting a handful of freelance photographers as we
are mainly focues on Media Companies only. Please
fill out media request below. We will notify you by
email no later than October 1, if you are approved
or not.
Consideration Items:
- Media companies with larger followings
- Previous history of covering WCF
- And most importantly... Media companies that help us promote WCF on
their social media. We look at your pages to verify
this, and we only grant media access if we see
promos for this year's event on your pages. We want
"Media Partners" only
If you
are photographer/videographer for a race team, DO
NOT submit a media request. You will just need to come to the Manley
Hard Card Tent at WCF with your driver & crew and
can get a Manley Hard Card that will give you access to the
starting line when your team is on the track. |
